Marilou was born in Montpellier, France and worked as a hairdresser Avignon before entering the porn industry, aged twenty. Her stage name Reve means "dream" in English. She has appeared mostly in European productions, but also worked in the US as well.
In 2020 she stopped making porn, and she now works as a make-up artist and hair dresser. She is also a social media blogger with interests in world travel, photography, diving, and yoga.
