Otsu Alice (乙アリス), previously known as Arisu Mizushima (水嶋アリス) or Arisa Seina (聖菜アリサ), is an AV actress and a former member of BLACK DIAMOND.
Alice Otsu had a long but pretty non-descript JAV career until she underwent a number of plastic surgery procedures. She underwent at least two boob jobs to get her to her current H cup. She then had surgery on her eyelids to give her a more Western appearance. She then cut her long hair and dyed it blonde. These changes breathed new life into her career and made her one of the more popular JAV actresses in the 2020s. She is also popular for her willingness to engage in any sexual act, including with women and shemales.
